Fall is beginning to unfold at Marshmallow Moon, and I have three very different immersive experiences coming up at the studio — from butterflies and flowers to tea, sound and a completely new way to experience acupuncture!

🦋 FLIGHT OF THE MONARCH SOUND BATH

There are several dates and times to choose from for Flight of the Monarch, our immersive autumn sound bath.

Join us for a breathtaking multimedia meditation experience as we celebrate the turning of the seasons. You’ll be guided into a dreamy visualization, taking flight in the great Monarch butterfly migration — a journey inspired by transformation, release and the graceful transition into fall.

This immersive evening blends guided narration with layered ambient sound, projected visuals (lots of butterflies!!!) and a deeply relaxing live sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, chimes and gong.

🌸 FLEURISH: PT. 1 — IN FULL BLOOM

Registration is now open for Part One of Fleurish, a new three-part sensory meditation series created by Botanic Flora Apothecary and Marshmallow Moon, exploring flowers through beauty, ritual, fragrance, art and sound.

Our first gathering, In Full Bloom, invites you to slow down and experience flowers in a completely different way — through taste, scent, touch, color, creativity and sound.

The entire experience is a meditation — one that unfolds through the senses — incorporating a botanical tea tasting, the meditative creation of flower mandalas and, finally, an immersive sound bath.

🌕 IMMERSIVE ACUPUNCTURE: HARVEST MOON

This September, acupuncture comes to Marshmallow Moon for a completely different kind of immersive experience.

Our first Immersive Acupuncture experience takes inspiration from the Harvest Moon and the seasonal transition from summer into fall. Settle into a comfortable lounger as projected imagery, aromatherapy and an atmospheric soundtrack transform the space around you, creating a sensory environment designed for rest and relaxation.

Led by licensed acupuncturist Kara Canga-Arguelles, who is NCCAOM board-certified and a member of ILAAOM, this seasonal experience features thoughtfully selected acupuncture points intended to help cultivate energy and shore up for the winter ahead.

Once the needles are placed, your only job is to get comfortable and let the treatment unfold. For the remainder of the session, you’ll have uninterrupted time to rest, receive and experience acupuncture within the immersive atmosphere of Marshmallow Moon.

I am continually adding more workshops and experiences as I settle more and more into this new space! So check back in often.
